Bente, owner and operator of Hel-V, offers a range of services including classic massage, aromatherapy massage, massage therapy with fitness guidance and coaching, as well as counseling and conversation. Dedicated to ongoing education in massage therapy, PNF stretching, holistic therapy, and stress management, Bente takes a holistic approach, focusing on how everything is interconnected and striving to identify opportunities and resources with her clients for lasting results.
In 2021, Bente competed in the Norwegian Massage Championship, winning bronze medals in both classic massage and spa wellness massage. She advanced to the finals with nine others, ultimately securing a 5th place, making her one of the top five massage therapists in the country!

For product purchases, contact via phone, SMS, or email to arrange pickup. Hel-V does not have regular opening hours, as Bente focuses on being fully present for her clients during treatments. The studio is closed during treatment times, but you can schedule a visit and consultation. Bente is readily available via SMS and Messenger.
