To plan your journey and purchase tickets for the buses in Hallingdal and nearby areas, you can easily find timetables and buy tickets directly from the bus companies' websites. Visit Brakar.no and Skyss.no for detailed information on routes, departures, and ticket options. This makes it convenient for you to plan and purchase tickets online before your trip. 

Local buses in Hallingdal include routes to Haugastøl (line 334), Dagali (line 333), Myrland (line 332), Gol and Nesbyen (line 330), and Kongsberg trough Numedal (line 420), operated by Brakar.

For travelers exploring further afield, the region bus service from Skyss runs to Eidfjord (line 991) over the Hardangervidda during the summer, and to Aurland and Flåm (line 850, starting from Hagafoss and Ål), also only in the summer. Note only one departure per day.

There is a daily bus service to Oslo (line VY175) year-round from Monday to Friday, operated by Vybuss. Additionally, Vybuss offers a guided bus tour to Vøringsfossen (line VY25) during the summer months
