Sauna & Bath - Ustaoset

Price includes: Private sauna experience at Ustaoset.

Number: 6 people. If you know each other well, you can fit 8 people. 

Bring: 2x towel (recommend bathrobe and 1 towel), swimwear, shoes you can swim with and water bottle. There are no changing rooms nearby, therefore recommend bringing swimwear on. Pack in a large bag or backpack to store your own clothes while you enjoy the sauna.

Meeting place: The sauna is located along Ustevatn, by the pier at Ustaoset. You can either take a train or bus to Ustaoset and walk to the sauna. If you choose to drive, you can park at Joker on Ustaoset, along Highway 7. It takes 2 minutes to walk from Joker, through the tunnel under the railway tracks between Joker and Ustaoset station. If you do not succeed in finding the sauna, please contact Vinternatt on tel. 416 36 579. Arrive in good time.

Parking: next to Joker. Parking fees are paid to the gas station at Ustaoset. 

Transportation: This activity takes place at Ustaoset. If you do not have a car, you can use train vy.no or Brakar bus 334. For more information and timetables, see entur.no

A 90 minute private sauna experience for you and yours. 

Welcome into a warm and clean sauna for private use for 1.5 hours. The sauna has a window with a view of Hardangervidda, is wood-fired and has plenty of room for 6 seated people. If you want to lie down, there is plenty of room for 2 people and if you know each other extra well, you can accommodate 8 people. 

The sauna is always located with good bathing conditions right outside the door.

There is extra water in the sauna so you can regulate the temperature yourself.
