Hallingstuene - Friday

Hallingstuene is a well-known restaurant run by the chef couple Frode and Berit. It serves traditional Norwegian food with a focus on local ingredients and authentic flavors. During the event Stetten Wine Festival, they offer a Winemaker's Dinner on Friday 27th of September in collaboration with the importer Belmonte.

Weingut Gutzler collaborates with Belmonte, located in the small village of Gundheim in the south of Rheinhessen, Germany.

They took over the winery in 1985, and the winery has deep roots in the region, with a strong connection to the local landscape. The calcareous soil plays an important role in their wine production.

Today, Belmonte is run by Christine and Michael Gutzler. They produce a variety of wines, including Gutswein, Ortswein, and Grosses Gewächs (grand cru).
