Skarverennet 2025
Skarverennet warmly welcomes you to a new skiing adventure on April 26 in 2025.
Skarverennet, the world's third largest cross-country ski, was first held in 1974. Last year was the 50th anniversary. Now it will continue until the next anniversary, sign up and join. Registration usually opens in October.
The 37 km long trail goes from Finse over the high mountains to Ustaoset and is walked by more than 12,000 ski-loving, nature-loving exercisers every year in the latter half of April - the spring's most beautiful adventure. The tranquility of the mountains, the unique view and atmosphere are very special, as is the joy of reaching the finish line at Ustaoset.
Freestyle was introduced in 1987 and since then you have been able to choose your style.

It goes along Hallingskarvet in a fantastic nature. Behind this great race with long traditions, Geilo IL stands with a bunch of volunteers who are at your disposal from start to finish.
